Can we talk Plywood?

I have a couple of projects that I’m pulling together slowly, one is a sleek new utility room redesign and the other (a little pipe dream) is a campervan conversion.

I’d love to use plywood for these projects. It goes with every colour I can think of and totally appeals to the minimalist streak in me. The only question hanging over me, is how on earth am I going keep it looking fresh and clean? I’m going to need to seal it somehow, but without the wood yellowing. So along with designing the layout I also need to find a suitable finish to protect if from the inevitable fabric conditioner spills.

I stumbled upon this perfect utility room set up over on VT Wonen, created by their DIY duo Kim and Richard, it comes with a handy guide on how to create this yourself, I’m not going to even dream of trying!! I can’t even cut a carrot straight, so I’ve copied and pasted the link and sent it straight to my carpenter.
