I think I was about eleven when I convinced my folks to paint a feature wall in my bedroom a deep maroon colour and this was back in the 80’s, way before Changing Rooms hit our screens.

Fast forward a decade and I started my career working in the design industry, working freelance on branding for start-ups, I loved it but knew I wanted to work with hands and tangible products and so it wasn’t until I found an old wreck of a house in 2007 that I hit my stride, somewhere where I could use all my creativity, passion for interiors and my practical “can do” attitude to renovate a historic grade II listed Welsh Long House.

More recently I have taken up ceramics again, returning after almost a 20 year hiatus, this time a determination to master the wheel …. not so much master but give it my best shot!! There’s always something to learn, that’s the beauty of it. The biggest lesson I’d say is patience and resilience and I’ve a lot to thank for, in that humble material, clay.

PHOTO SHOOT STYLING - Working alongside photographers and supporting creative directors to make brand images look fabulous. From coming up with styling ideas, creating moodboards to transforming a room from concept, to photo ready, I do this through prop sourcing, staging and dressing.

RESIDENTIAL STYLING - I work with private clients who have lost their way or are feeling overwhelmed with decorating and styling their home. I work organically with homeowners to create a moodboard that suits their style, help choose colour schemes, storage solutions and source the finishing touches to help bring the whole scheme together.
